  • This policy explains how returns, refunds, and cancellations work for purchases made through The Edge of Quiet, including Quiet Wear and memberships.

     

    1. Returns for Quiet Wear (Physical Items)

    If you’re not fully satisfied with your Quiet Wear purchase, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receiving your order under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

    To be eligible for a return:

    • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with any tags or packaging intact.
       

    • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery, and items must be returned within 14 days of your return request being accepted.
       

    • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
       

    Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

     

    2. Exchanges

    We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

     

    3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

    If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at hello@wildrootsplayco.com within 14 days of receipt.
    We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping if applicable.

     

    4. Memberships & Digital Services

    On The Edge Access (£3/month) and Deep Quiet Access (£9/month) memberships can be cancelled at any time through your account settings.

    • When you cancel, your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
       

    • Membership fees are non-refundable for any partially used periods unless the service was not delivered as described.
       

    • Refunds are not provided for Rituals, events, or digital content already accessed or downloaded.
       

     

    5. How to Start a Return or Cancellation

    To request a return or cancel your membership:
    Email us at hello@wildrootsplayco.com with your order details (for Quiet Wear) or your account details (for memberships).
    We will provide instructions and confirm any next steps.

     

    6. Exceptions

    We cannot accept returns for:

    • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery (unless faulty).
       

    • Digital products or Rituals that have already been accessed.
       

    • Event tickets if the event has already taken place (unless cancelled by us).
       

     

    7. Changes to This Policy

    We may update this policy occasionally to reflect changes in the law or our services. The latest version will always be available on our website.
